In addition to meeting lighting functions, they begin to pursue light quality and comfortable and healthy experience. Healthy lighting has emerged, and “full spectrum” has frequently appeared in the public’s field of vision. High CRI products can no longer meet people’s requirements. Full spectrum products require Ra>95, R1~R15>90, Rf>90, Rg>95, continuous spectrum, and no obvious imbalance between peaks and troughs.
The solar spectrum will be different in different time periods. For example, it will be similar in the morning and evening, but different at noon. At present, Dezhen Light Source has debugged the following two LED full spectra corresponding to sunlight. At the same time, it also removes the deep ultraviolet spectrum in the solar spectrum that is harmful to human skin. Therefore, Dezhen Light Source’s LED full spectrum is healthier and safer to use.
As the saying goes, God will not let down those who work hard! With the active cooperation of suppliers and the efforts of the Dezhen Light Source project team, the project to improve the full spectrum series R1~R15 has made good progress, and at the same time, the consideration of IES TM-30 standard Rg and Rf values has been introduced.
Guangdong Dezhen Lighting Source Technology Co., Ltd.’s full-spectrum products have appearance dimensions of 2.8*3.5*0.7mm, and 3.0*1.4*0.5mm. At present, the main performance parameters of this product are at the leading level in China. Figure 5 shows the appearance and product specifications of Dezhen Lighting’s full-spectrum products. This product is widely used in healthy lighting, car reading lights, eye protection desk lamps, car makeup mirror lights and other fields.
